Many of the emails that I have sent or forwarded that had any anti- Obama in it were negated by Snopes. I thought that was odd.

In our Search for the truth department,we find what I have suspected on many occasions.Went to Snopes to check something about the dockets of the new Supreme Court Justice. Elena Kagan, who Obama appointed,and Snopes said the email was false and there were no such dockets.Sooo I Googled the U.S.Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan,and guess what? Yep, you got it; Snopes Lied! Everyone of those dockets are there. So Here is what I wrote to Snopes:

Referencing the article about Elana Kagan and Barak Obama dockets:
"The information you have posted stating tha t there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false.I went directly to the Supreme Courts website, typed in Obama/Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that you really slant things, but, this was really shocking.Thank You. I hope you will be truthful in the future, but I doubt it."That being said, I'll bet you didn't know this:
Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them. Folks, this is really ugly.Chicago Politics and the beat goes on. Once again our US Senate sold us out!
Now we know why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.
1.Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone who really has no true right to even be there.

Once again, people can't seem to debate Obama on his policies so they just make stuff up. Then they attack the straw man they they themselves constructed.

You want to know why Obama is going to be re-elected? Just look at the State of the Union address. He's used so many talking points that were originally Republican - and now the Republicans HAVE to oppose him because.. Well, just because. The Obama looks like a centrist and the Republicans look like they're going WAY out on the right wing.

Obama will tick off his leftist Democrat supporters - but they won't abandon him because, face it, where would they go? Centrists will look at the increasingly right-wing GOP and shake their heads.

medills: see just like I said ...refer to the aforementioned posts yelling loudly, call the questioner a liar and demeaning them In law when the facts are with you argue the facts and when its the law arging the law. However if in any effort to come to the defense of Obama make up anything that comes to mind that will stop them in their tracks but never argue the facts nor if its constitutionality.

Many catholics were upset that Norte Dame and the Catholic church embraced Obama because of his abortion record. Well well well now its the Catholic Church's turn to get thrown under the bus. Obama is on the fringes here and needs to be stopped before we lose more of our individual rights

dplong and waynenet; gosh folks I really don't want to hurt anyones feelings. All I am really saying is that technology has given powerful people sisnsiter in nature the ability and opportunity to manipulate data all behind closed doors. In this discussion I include all political parties. Most communication is now electronic and it is so eay to edit in/out things that even the original author couldn't find and was never consulted about the changes. If you are reading your books via Nook, etc edits can be made as an author pointed out in a WSJ article I read about a month ago. So it is possible and probable that a Soros, Koch, etc could be manipulating massaging and flat out publishing misinformation.

Consider that journalistic ethics have continued to deteriorate making it much easier. Unfortunately in our society today far too many people fall under the influences of cascading information. So my reaction to the OP was that I need to be cognizant of that criticism because I don't want to be led down a primrose path. Bottom line for all of us is that we need to continue to be individual thinkers and exchange our thoughts as objectively as is possible with one another. Thank you for listening

Oh - and I have a Kindle - I get informed of any changes made to books by being asked if I want the updated version (it's happened twice). The infamous "1984" situation was a different situation entirely - people buying the equivalent of 'stolen' books.
