Just was wondering if anyone used this person for their one year home inspection?

If so, how was he and would you reccomend him, etc...

Yes, I have used his services & several of my neighbors have also. We were very pleased with all aspects of the inspection. He is very knowledgeable of home systems & The Villages Warrantee Dept. procedures. I have recommended him before & will again.
