Except from this web site:

They promise a millionaire lifestyle on a retirement budget. Of course you can spend close to a million dollars on a home in The Villages, but you could also buy one for $200,000. Something for everyone.

And you can also buy a house for under $200K! Many homes are listed under $200K and even under $150K. Today on the TV web site there are 139preowned homes between $54,900 and $150,000 and 153 preowned homes between $150K and $200K. And that does not include the preowned homes in TV for sale listed on the MLS by outside real estate agents.

New homes already built: 18 priced between $0and $150K, 94 new homes between $150 and $200K.

There truly is something for just about every budget in TV.

Lakewood Ranch 391 Homes Sold in 2011 Lakewood Ranch location is wonderful....but it's not an 55-plus community. I am very attached to the Bradenton/Sarasota area, so I am biased.

We made an offer on a home in Lakewood Ranch in the heyday of the real estate boom. Thank goodness we lost. Love love love The Villages.
