Indiana Republican Secretary of State, Charlie White was convicted on Sat, Feb 4, 2012 on all six felony counts of voter fraud by a jury.

Interesting that republicans are constantly alleging that voter fraud is a major problem, then one of their own is the one convicted of these charges.

The Bush Administration conducted a five year study and found that between 2002 and 2007 there were 86 prosecutions for voter fraud out of 300 million votes cast.

To read more about it google Charlie White, IN Secretary of State, and more links than I can list will appear.

WOW...the character slaying continues !!!

Do you consider this kind of thing to be "political discussion" ?

Let us begin to share stories about those in the "other" party that have been convicted of crimes....WOW !

What kind of mind fixates on dishing dirt on someone who is not in their party.....if Republicans began to post this tripe, we would run out of space.

A thread begun to discuss VOTER FRAUD is actually another personal attack.....

Sorry Bucco, but I have to respectfully disagree. I say respectfully because I don't want to be mistakenly taken for a liberal.

Voter fraud is a problem wither it's Republican, Democrat, Conservative, Liberal, Progressive or any other party engaged in the illegal practice. Fraud is based in character and honesty and not on party affiliation.

However, it's more of an issue as to just to what extent the fraud is occurring, and that I believe is exceedingly heavy on the left. I'm still in shock as are a whole lot of Americans on how a person with so little experience and highly questionable associations could have so quickly gathered the support to upstage a person with the qualifications of Hillary Clinton then go on to do the same in the presidential election without a ton of subversive fraud occurring. But that's another issue for another time.

I agree with Bucco when he stated "if began to post this tripe, we would run out of space," so instead of naming names I'll just provide this link to an article published just today to contrast to the Google search that janmcn recommended. It's eye opening and most likely just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this problem!

Republicans made voter fraud a political issue by passing numerous state laws requiring voter ID because of alleged voter fraud. Fortunately, Attorney General Eric Holder has plenty of time to investigate each state's laws to see if they violate the 1965 Voter's Rights Act.

Reporting accurately on current events is not "dishing dirt" or a personal attack. I'm just guessing, if the secretary of state had been a democrat, this would be the biggest crime since Watergate.

I don't see why this would come as a surprise or upset anyone. Voter fraud in elections from Union to Presidential is an American tradition that has been with us for several hundred years. I for one don't appreciate anyone tearing down our long and honored traditions.

So a thread to discuss TAX FRAUD would legitimately begin with a thread about Charles Rangel ?

OR it could begin with a thread on Timothy Geithner ...is that ok ?

NOBODY condones voter fraud, however I do openly and loudly question YOUR INDIVIDUAL MOTIVE for posting that story as it has NOTHING to do with pending legislation, movements or anything involving voter fraud.

If you want to discuss voter fraud...that is fine...you continually do NOTHING but character assassination of those of one party and that is it....you do nothing else. THAT is my objection...not discussing voter fraud but your history here shows you to personally attack one person of one party and then if the discussion ensues on whatever the subject is, you are gone....you seem to get such glee and satisfaction from hurting people of ONLY ONE POLITICAL party.

That is and will continue to be my objection to all of your posts, but I really dont expect you to understand that.

Thank you SKYGUY for getting my point.

JANMCN's posts are continually as if she was on the side of the Gods in someway fighting evil and evil is reflected in what initial, D or R, is on your voter registration card and I assure you that she will not discuss the Democrats you cite.

VOTER FRAUD is a terrible thing...my objection is with this poster and her nasty attitude....party before country !!

Let me see if a person wanted to vote more than once, or vote in the place of a dead person he/she could:

1. Make a huge stink about the fact that requring a picture ID card is in violation of one's civil rights as Eric Holder continues to do.

2. Encourage the participation of ACORN in getting folks to vote and then vote again and again, and again.

3. Continue to offer protection to black Panthers who intimidate and threaten white voters from voting as Eric Holder has done.

I am sadden that one (1) republican has soiled the reputation of many republicans.

However I am FAST AND FURIOUS that our Attorney General continues to block the paths of justice simply because he believes in his versions of affirmative actions.

Just goes to show you that it does not matter if you vote or not. All that matters is who COUNTS the votes.

Rather than further comment on it or spin like the left would do, I've provided the links to videos on this from before the trial and the beginning of it. They speak for themselves!
