Feedback on "Service Smart"?

Anyone have experience with a lawn maintenance co. called Service Smart? It's an all-inclusive landscape service, they do everything. Also they use push mowers, not those awful riding mowers. And their prices are very competitive. Would like to hear if anyone is using them?

Have you heard anything about "Once A Year Pest and Termite Control?" They are owned by the same person as is "Service Smart." When "Once A Year" started getting caught up with by their customers (victims) they started "Service Smart." Their owner is Kenny Smith. From my experience and the experience of many of my acquaintances, I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. Use the Search tab on the heavy blue line at the top of the screen and look up previous comments.
