Before I write negative feelings about the Village Golf Shops, I wanted to write about positive feelings toward the Village Retail stores. Last December, I attended one of the Golf Demo Days at Sarasota. I had a fit by a pro and took the sheet to the pro shop to purchase a full set. The store took the info of what clubs I needed. Before the week was over, I got my clubs. I was playing for about a month when a low handi friend visited me and after trying out the club, he said these are not the clubs recommended by the pro. Well, needless to say, I took the clubs back. I thought I would have trouble but they took the one month used clubs and ordered the correct ones. No question asked. I thought that was a great customer service.
