Window Lift Repair Needed

We have a 9 year old Williamsburg model. Our double hung windows are CWS manufactured. Most are very hard to lift and close. Need a recommendation for repairing.

I just posted the following information on another thread:
if your window lock has CWS on it, it was installed by Custom Windows & Doors, Ocala - 368-6922. We had a frame replaced because of a break in the seal in January. It cost us $106.57 for the window + installations of a 35.75W x 61.75H window. I forgot the name of the other business that installed windows in TV. I did contact them first and they referred me to CWS since it wasn't their window. So follow natickdan's suggestion if the window is not CWS.
