I just want to express my sinceer appreciation and thanks to the members of this forum.! I am moving into my new (actually an existing) house in the villages of Santiago, March 1. We have already closed.

I have been able to obtain recommendations for various services, contractors, etc from the forum members. Thanks to those that recommended my new insurance company that I obtain homeowners insurance, golf cart ins and even sink hole ins. For the wood flooring contractor that I am sure is going to do a beautiful job on those pre-engr floors. Also, for the fellow doing the crown molding & other millwork. To the person that sold me the queen size bed/mattress, etc. The positives on certain realtor agents. The recommendation on 24 hr emergency golf cart service. Also, helping me locate a rental golf cart on some of my house hunting trips during the prime season when everybody was out of cart rentals that I called.

So, if you see me walking my 18 lb miniture "blond" cocker spaniel, named Lexington (Lexie for short) around the town squares, etc , stop and say you are the one of those with one of those particular recommendations.
