Has anyone had any good or bad experience with Dr. Im, who is located near the Fresh Market?

Yes, I have been twice to see Dr. Im at the Urgent Care Center.
I found him able to analyze the situation quickly and take care
of my problem quickly.
I found him thorough.
I would definitely go to him again.

I went in there for a flu shot. He charged my insurance $250.00. I compalined about the cost and the fact they advertised flu shots. No one mentioned when we checked in they would be billing for a new patient exam. Which consisted of blood pressure, pulse and doc spending 3 minutes to tell us what type flu shot we would be given.

I won't be back there. No wonder medicare is ins trouble.

Stay away from Dr. Im. Look up previous posts about him.

I think you have to go to Dr. Im for an urgent care situation only. That
is what the clinic is advertised to be.
I wouldnt go there for a flu shot. Why would you do that when Walgreens,
CVS, and Walmart, etc., advertise flu shots for free.
I wouldnt expect Dr. Im to give flu shots for free.

I went there when I cut my finger and it needed 6 stitches. I was happy
with the care he gave me.

I went there again when I was very sick with the flu, cold...whatever is
going around this winter. He took care of me and got me on the road
to recovery with an antibiotic shot in the office.

Yes, he billed Medicare for the second visit as well as the first. Both
charges were reasonable and I was happy that I could go there and
be seen immediately for my bleeding finger and within 45 minutes for my cold.
