Most of the liberal media has laughed and ignored the issue when talk turns to the serious question on what constitutes eligibility to be elected President.

But, it'll be standing room only tomorrow, Thursday March 1st, at a news conference to be held by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona.

This event will take place at 3 PM EST. The news conference will deal with the findings of Sheriff Arpaio's cold case squad which dealt with the question of Obama's eligibility.

The issues to be discussed include Obama’s eligibility under the U.S. Constitution’s requirements and questions about the Connecticut Social Security number he uses and the image of his supposed birth certificate from Hawaii.

Expected to attend are reporters from the AP, Reuters, the Washington Times and NBC, CBS and ABC, as well as U.S. radio networks, among many others.

The press conference is expected to draw protesters who object to the sheriff’s office review of the allegations that Obama may attempt to use false documents to have his name placed on the 2012 presidential election ballot in Arizona.

Sheriff Arpaio has said the findings “could be a shock.”

Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation is the first official law enforcement investigtion into the allegations of Obama’s eligibility. Many of the private investigators who have investigated these allegations say there are too many questionable circumstances to believe that everything regarding Obama is above-board.

Editor and CEO Joseph Farah of World Net Daily, which will be streaming the event live tomorrow said, “Until now, as hard as it may be to believe, no official vetting of Obama’s credentials has been done – not by the 50 secretaries of state who oversee elections, not by the Federal Elections Commission that administers the nation’s elections laws, not by the Electoral College, not by any judge in America, not by Congress, not by anyone,” he continued.

Even before the results become public, Farah said he’s confident there will be a significant impact.

“I strongly believe it could be a game-changer,” he said.

The correct election year for this to have come out was 2008 not 4 years after the fact. Dirty secrets (really if any) should have come out before the POTUS took office.

I am suspect about most things until I am convinced or see for myself firsthand. I will not be able to do the latter so can only wait for the convincing.

One would have to believe, like it or not does not enter into the equation, that the powers that be (who ever or what ever organization and what ever laws/regulations) have been researched long before Obama was anointed the democratic candidate for 2008. One would think with as much legal capability as there would be involved with a 'suspect' situation especially for POTUS that any and all smoking guns were addressed prior to him being chosen as a POTUS candidate. This probably was not his doing, but his brother-in-law was a drug dealer in South Florida during the 1980's. All reasons why he will never be in any higher office. Another reason, hispanics in the rest of the country do not like Cuban immigrants.

Buggy's right that I like to push buttons, and that's because that's the surest way to catch your opponent off balance. But, I take this story seriously and the source of the journalism disturbs me none at all. I didn't link them as a source of "truth", as they do not know for sure, but as a source of journalism, which is sorely lacking in our own homegrown media.

I was waiting for some media source to, even in a little way, look into the work that Sheriff Arpaio had done, and lo and behold......zippo, nada, no siree bob.

That's one reason I dismiss the birther's claims. There's just no way that such a conspiracy could have been either hatched nearly 50 years ago or implemented so quickly in 2007. The corroborating evidence goes beyond a "preponderance of the evidence".

The pivotal issue for me has to do what Obama & Staff and their very defensive position concerning Obama's eligibility. It seems that Obama's background is shrouded in secrecy and /or denials as respects affiliations with certain people and organizations. And in fact his wife's scholastics records are also heavily guarded.

Clearly Obama had a close relationship with Ayers, Rev Wright, a radical professor recently revealed, a radical rabbi, etc. Just based on associations one could draw some logical and factual conclusions. Of course the liberal media will not. As for conservative media they will ignore it because they do not want the distraction.

What size story was a candidate attending church at a church that taught Black Liberation and whose pastor preached hate FOR TWENTY years and having that pastor being called by the candidate his mentor and advisor ?

What size story was/is a candidate who was friend with Bill Ayers, a radical from the 60's who has killed people (this is denied by Obama, although he admits to knowing him) ?

What size story is it to know that a candidate while a community organizer was closely affliated with ACORN ?

What size story is it that a presidential candidate is a fan and actually TAUGHT the teachings of Saul Alinsky ?

ALL were just passed off by the media....and now add the recent video and a picture begins to emerge, to me anyway. None of that makes the President a criminal or anything but allow me after you answer those questions you add his youth and TOTAL AND COMPLETE lack of doing anything other than teach for a bit...community organize and then politics....what kind of philosophy do you think he brings with him ?

These are not from many many years ago..he is still a young man and I have not even mentioned all the secrecy that surrounds his past, like the grades that have been sealed...all of it together paints a picture.
