I was at golf fest and there was quite a difference in price for a basic cart from the different manufacturers. Tyger (new), Club Car, EZ-GO - basic 2 seater with batteries - AC & DC.

How come?

Cart prices vary because of dealer mark-ups, country of origin, and the manufacture's discount.
