Hi everyone. We are trying to put together a ball park budget for the after build stuff we want to do to our home. Can anyone give me an estimate on how much it would be to put plantation shutters throughout a gardenia, have the garage floor epoxied, the tile floors sealed throughout and put in attic stairs? We just want a general figure, if possible, so we can put these things into our budget. Much appreciated.

Can tell you that for our attic stairs it was in the $250.00 range including stairs and trim work (tho we had to paint it ourselves).

Garage floor= $575 for a CYV and pull down around 250 with aluminum stairs(I recommend) done by Tim Miller.

Is that a one car or two car for the $575?

Plantation shutters for the whole house appox $3500. Some companies will give you the vertical blinds for the slider if they do shutters in the whole house. We used 48hr Blinds for the shutters. Very happy with Rick, the owner. Garage floor between $600 & $1200, depending on the size of the garage. Be careful, they can be slipperry when wet. Attic steps $250- $400 depending on what steps you get.
