Here is a link to the lead article in this week's Wired Magazine:
The NSA Is Building the Country's Biggest Spy Center (Watch What You Say) | Threat Level | Wired.com (http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2012/03/ff_nsadatacenter/)
The cover on the magazine introduces the article by writing, "Deep in the Utah desert, the National Security Agency is building the country's biggest spy center. It's the final piece of a surveillance network that will intercept and store your phone calls, emails, Google searches..."
The article shows how the NSA has set up a system, with the support of both political party's, that will intercept, analyze and store all of your electronic communications and information including email, phone calls, web searches, sites visited, items purchased, bank and creditor statements, etc. It's mind blowing, but the technology now exists to do this and is being deployed. Similar systems will be deployed by the Chinese and Japanese. You can forget the idea of privacy. 1984 has arrived.
