Sold our home coming to The villages next week

How delighted we are to be moving to Sanibel into a new Gardenia model.
We were lucky enough to find a stretched Gardenia model with a 3 car garage. Looking forward to meeting our new neighbors.

Welcome to you. Sanibel is such a lovely area with so many nice folks and you are close to the main artery Morse to take you North to the rest of TV.

You will enjoy your Gardenia. That is the model we had for three years. Those two big closets and big kitchen and light filled great room and pretty entry hall is all so welcoming and comfortable.

I hope you gather smiles and friendships and live in peace and health for a thousand years.

Congrats to all who are moving to the Villages... Never expected it to happen so soon for us but we "SOLD" our home today after just 2 weeks listing! Looking to close April 30th and move into our "RV" until we settle on what the next steps are...Alot of mixed emotions for us right now..something I am sure many of you have gone through as well!:wave:

Thanks Gracie...We never expected things to move as quickly as they have, so we are just going to hold on tight and enjoy the ride!!
We appreciate all the comments and experiences everyone has encountered in their journey to TV's..as it gives us much insight as to what we need to be mindful of through this process. If we time it right we may be able to make a Crispers Meeting in May:wave:

Congratulations! Bobby and I have not yet sold our home in NC and our option runs out soon, so pray that we will sell soon. We would be residents of Sanibel Unit 175. Again, enjoy your new life..The Villages is a great place to spend it. Sandie

Fingers crossed for you "SANBO" that your home will sell before long. Our house inspection is set for Wed.. Will be happy when that is complete so we can close at the end of next month.
