There are several contractors that advertise in the Daily Sun. I believe T & D Concrete is one of them.

Good for comparison: There's a rather attractive complete summer kitchen in the garden furniture dept. of Lowes. I think the price is around 8 grand. I'm sure they'll give you an install price rather quickly.
