"Rarely has one law so exemplified the worst of the Leviathan state — grotesque cost, questionable constitutionality and arbitrary bureaucratic coerciveness. Little wonder the president barely mentioned it in his latest State of the Union address. He wants to be reelected. He’d rather talk about other things."
"The American people, by an astonishing two-thirds majority, want the law and/or the individual mandate tossed out by the court."
Charles Krauthammer

Laws that are constitutional must affect all the citizenry and not just the selected group or groups that are legislated. In other words, by allowing select groups to "opt out" of Obamacare the administration, with Obama, Reid, and Pelosi ("pass it, and then we will read it") are in fact doing through the back door what they would otherwise not be allowed to do directly. It is not individuals who are allowed to opt out, but, groups, unions, and selected employers that will be able to skirt this disastrous law. This law is NOT constitutional since it only benefits a small and narrow part of the populace.

Just for comparison, Social Security allows an individual to opt out, but not an employer and/or a group.

I sure hope you are not surprised. This entire bill was born behind closed and locked doors....despite promises from Obama that it would be open...it was exactly the opposite and then to compound it, it got passed by using blackmail and paying such blackmail with OUR tax dollars.

What might you get with devious planners, devious plans and sleazy plots,
