It would be interesting to see how the foreign media looks at President Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, and Rick Santorum.
This is an interesting series on foreign opinion of US Presidential election politics--

The Egyptian post is quite revealing...
"Egyptians are viewing the 2012 elections with a certain amount of cynicism. All of the superficial reasons why Egyptians admired Obama have melted away, and what is left in some corners is a feeling that he wasn't as quick to embrace our push for freedom as he could have been."
They were also very complimentary of Bush, which is of no surprise. The hate Bush campaign continues here but not as much in foreign countries. They are now beginning to understand (BEFORE THIS COUNTRY) that Obama is about WORDS !!!

True about Obama's rhetoric in this matter (I guess he did not send US troops to Egypt) but the Egyptians seem too busy with their own country to really worry that much about ours. At least, that is what I got from the Egyptian point-of-view article.

the point is that he lied to them as well as he lied to the american people but he did it so sweetly. In this country he continues to manifest class warfare as well as race warfare and do you not believe those in other lands can see this.

Think class and race warfare line is just political hoo-hah. There isn't anything there except some probably very highly paid spinmeister's efforts.

Not sure of what you mean. I am not a "paid spinmeister" and do not give opinions taken from "paid spinmeisters".
My observations are simply from what he has done. If you have been paying attention, as much as the media hypes the Democrats claim of Republicans being at war with women, middle class, poor, blacks or whatever they can come up with at the time or what might work to get votes, this man continually and for the last 3 years refers to class, not as much race, but he does...but the class warfare that he ACTIVELY PURSUES is so obvious in what he says over and over again.
There certainly are times for such rhetoric...but most STATESMAN will at times balance out the talk, but this man is a one way street. The rich are totally wrong (but give me your money for reelection), and the simple process of leveling the field as I think he says often is a true indicator of where he stands.
I am reading a book right now which is political history, and it continually refers to how politicians cannot run from their past associations and training. PLEASE take a look at this mans associations from his past and his training and you will understand a lot unless you are blinded by his sweet words.
And for the record...my words typed here are MINE...nobody else. While many folks on here have NO opinion of their own and simply mouth what they think they should say, or in many cases, simply STEAL thoughts from websites. I will tell you sir or madamm......my thoughts are my own, from researching and livng....not dictated by someone who represents an R or a D !

Except that this same race and class warfare rant against Obama can be found in many Republican websites all over the web. Going back at least since Obama got the Democratic nomination for President of the United States.
And, you probably can trace it back to some very well paid spinmeister in some Republican billionnaire backer's wallet.

Again, I differ widely with you on this.
To compare Republican web sites to the acts of the President of the United States is simplistic and plain "party sighted".
Let me start by saying I am sure there are sites that rant against Obama....and YOU brought up race again, which is not surprising. I sort of tried that go by but as with all of your type, you always go back to it, and you cannot see that by continually bringing it up is simply condoning or surely welcoming race warfare. I just want to go on record, that YOU said it..not me and I have NEVER accused him of that.
Although many serious folks have.
Again...sure there are websites as you say there are. I am also sure there were 5 times as many after the previous president for various things (there were a few that continually called his wife a murderer because of a hit and run accident when she was young....CNN tried to resurrect that in 2004 and thankfully had no luck),,,,,but there are websites that exist today that call Bill Clinton on things....heck, he even called the Obama administration racist during the primary if you recall.
The fact that there are websites dedicated to that kind of stuff is not anything that carries any weight against the President of the United States doing and saying what he has.
AGAIN....remember this mans background...his training...his associates over the years...THIS IS WHAT HE IS.....I have never criticized him personally (although with all the hate talk from the left on here..getting tempted but that is just no class sewer stuff)...I simply tell you where he came from and how he was trained. You just do not walk away from that.
Using websites as some sort of example is really a stretch !
PS...I know your party tells you and consistently implies it, it would be interesting to challenge you to find one serious comment about his race...of course you could bring up the famous comment by Harry Reid but that would really deflate your entire commentary
