Hopeful to be Village residents

Since I have been reading posts on this forum for months now, I thought it was time to say hello. :wave:

Back in November we made our first trip to The Villages and fell in love. The winters in Ohio are beginning to take its toll on us, so last week we came to visit again, but this time we met with a realtor. If all goes well we hope to become Florida residents sometime in May.

This forum is full of great information and I am sure we will have plenty of questions to ask.

We are in the Cleveland area. My husband was born in PA and moved here when he was a teen. I was born and raised in Cleveland.
