Anyone else getting calls from India telling you that your computer is infected and they can help. I would just ignore it but it is happening at 11 to 12 PM. The one just now was the 5th time. It sounds like robo calling. Just wondering if I am the lucky one or if they are hitting our area directly.
Thx

What they will do is tell you you have a problem with your computer. than they will ask you for a very small fee and they will fix it for you. What they will do is take over your computer and steal all of your personal info ,ss number, banking info, ect. I am sure you can guess wht they will do with all that information.

The best way to deal with robo calls is to press "one" to speak to a rep. Then feed the rep b.s. and see how long you can keep him on the line. If enough people do that, we'll put those jerks out of business.

Everybody should have caller I.D. then you just don't pick up unless you know who it is.

I would not care if .... and do have caller ID which shows unknown number. The whole problem with this is the time of day. I just love being being jolted out of sleep at midnight with a call from India and just wondered if anyone else was having the same pleasure. And yes I know I can turn the ringer off, but we need the phone on..
