Home with patio on Mira Mesa

Most of you that play Mira Mesa have noticed a home addition on #8 green with a new patio addition....What I think is neat, beside the beautiful stone work (without a rail, yipsters!) is the lanai that they have enclosed with an automated GARAGE DOOR SCREEN that allows the owners their privacy! Cool idea, thought some of you newbies would enjoy a new idea! I haven't seen this idea used before.
