How to get to Bonifay by cart from LSL?

We are going to Bonifay today for early dinner and thought we might take the cart but I don't know how to get across 466A. If I go down Morse to 466A where is the tunnel and how do I get to the restaurant from there? Thanks for any help.

The tunnel is on the east side of Colony Cottage rec center. You cross the road there and go under the tunnel at 466A. After you exit the tunnel follow the cart path and after it turns left at Morse you go under another tunnel. You follow that cart path until you get to the gate which you pass and then follow the path on the side of the road to Bonifay. The way I go which I think is easier where I live is to go to Turtle Mound golf course and follow that path until you hit the tunnel that goes under 466A. You then follow that cart path to Morse and continue as above.

Is the path that crosses the road that leads to Colony Plaza, the path you mean and does it go directly to the tunnel under 466A? I take that road to Colony so I am more familiar with it than through Turtle Mound. I see carts crossing the road but don't know where the path leads. So if I understand correctly, there is another tunnel at Morse that I have to go through and it leads to the path that goes along Pinellas all the way to Bonifay? If that is right, what is the tunnel going under or do I just pass a tunnel? Sorry for my confusion.

The path by Colony under 466A goes along the old driving range there on 466A. The path then turns south along Morse. If you would continue straight on that path you would get to the new Sarasota driving range. You need to take the tunnel under Morse to get to Pinellas. That crossing by Colony can be difficult when there is a lot of traffic and a lot of carts trying to cross.

And, always remember that, when still new here, carry a map with you in the golfcart. When you feel lost, pull over, study the map and in several seconds some one will come along and bail you out!

And, since nearly every bodt takes a box home after eating out, you'll not starve - at least not on your way home!

Thanks for all the directions. We made it there and back without incident. I even figured out how to do the Turtle Mound route which I will try next time. Good dinner with 30 other neighbours, some of whom took their carts, so I guess I could have caravaned down, but this was good practice being on our own. Thanks again for all your help.
