The cool laser was featured on a Dr. Oz show a bit ago.
This little clip shows the device working and gives a quick explaination of how it works and what it does. Could be very helpful as part of getting weight off, but one must continue to live a lifestyle that doesn't promote weight gain. It's not horribly expensive, but it's not inexpensive, either.
