Have you heard of "fast and furious" ? If not, google it, but that will get you a movie I think...surely you know the story.

Have you heard the talk from the Black Panthers in Sanford, which by law is hate speech and open to punishment, but silence...the speech in addition to the public bounty.

Check out FAST AND FURIOUS..that should do it...if not take a look at what he DID NOT DO during the 2008 elections.

Listen, everybody makes mistakes and errors in judgement. This guy is, like most of the administration, a POLITICIAN and DOJ business is secondary ! Just my opinion

Let me add....President Obama said this recently "making sure that my attorney general is paying attention to potential speculation in the oil markets." He said this in a press conference about a month ago...he said it because about a year ago he asked Holder to set up a commitee to investigate because he felt that this speculation was causing higher gas prices.......they have met on a few times and have frustrated the President and rightfully so, BUT he is still there.

The BP oil spill is STILL under investigation

The Black Panther case during the election in 2008 was noted as not a big deal and charges dropped against them, yet since then we have headlines on other such cases with a subtle difference if you will.

In Indiana, there was outright voter fraud in 2008 and he will not investigate

The US Attorney General is not in charge of local police activities such as Sanford, Florida. If the New Black Panthers are breaking the law, it would be up to the local police or state police to take care of the incident.

There have also been reports of armed Neo-Nazis on patrol in Sanford to "protect" white people. That cannot lead to anything good, either.

I read that the special investigator has decided not to put Zimmerman in front of a grand jury. Sounds like a mistake to me but time will tell. If there was enough evidence to indicte with a grand jury, the charges could be made. If not enough evidence, the case could be closed.

In any case, Zimmerman definitely made the mistake of his life when he disobeyed the police operator and followed Martin that night. He and his family definitely will have to leave the area and take different names for their own safety after his stupid action. I am not saying Zimmerman is guilty of murder or manslaughter but of stupidity for his actions of following Martin that night while armed.

I believe Figmo has said in previous posts on other topics that anyone who has a CCW permit should be prepared to pay tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees if they ever shoot anyone in any situation.

This is just another reason that I say carrying a firearm is foolish.

in my opinion, he like too many in the current administration just will not do anything that is right for we the people. He is an Obama agenda coverer/implementer.

He does like all politicians speak with a forked tongue.....all too often. Very difficult to get clarity from or about his involvement in some issues.

I do know politicians speak with forked tongues. I wrote a bunch of them back in 1991 trying to get help with the issue of my mental stability being put into issue at the U of MN Law Library/School when I wanted to be honest about an interest in victims' rights with potential employers when I learned the U of MN Law Library was not renewing my contract. The interest in victims' rights was based on my close connection with a double murder in Reno, NV in 1976. One of these murders was of my then high school teacher's daughter, Michelle, on my birthday of 2-24. This murder was a media event in Reno, NV for about 4 years as it took 3 years to solve Michelle's murder and then there was a trial. I had received a Memorial Scholarship (a very small one though) in the name of Michelle back in 1976-1977.

Anyway, I got some answers from US politicians including US Senators and Congressmen and some State Governors. Most were just a run-around though. Basically most just said that you need to write your PROPER US Congressional Representatives-- those from Minnesota. Think Senator Joe Biden wrote me back telling me that the Senators do not get involved in situations involving just one person. Cannot remember getting any responses from my PROPER US Congressional Representatives until I moved to CA in late 1991. Then the MN ones (Wellstone, etc.) told me I had to write the PROPER US Congressional Representative-- those of CA.

Just a note and staying with the subject. The atty gen is charged with enforcing federal law.

Race crimes and threats fall under that jurisdiction.

And since one poster made the point about Neo Nazis, if they violate the federal law that also is subject to prosecution. Hate is Hate and has no color spectrum.

This thread is NOT about the sad situation in Sanford.
