One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is one of mine too.

Jack Nicholson has made a lot of really good movies since sitting in that dentist's chair in Little Shop of Horrors. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Nicholson

I will never forget the laughter at the fishing trip and the basketball game and the world series narration, then the ending, and everyone that had rocked the theatre with laughter got up and left in total silence. I have never experienced a reaction like that to a movie before or since.
