Villages IDs Question

If we bought a lot and are going to build, when do you get your IDs. I thought it was when you closed. But if you can get your mailbox key early then can you get your IDs also? Yep I know I can contact TV but just wondering if anyone knows.

Your ID's are created at closing or when you get here if you closed by mail. As far as I know, you can not get them early because you are not yet a resident until you close on the property. A deposit does not make you a resident. I'm surprised you can get mail box keys early.
