Does any one know how to get in touch with Mark Morse ? I have been waiting for a repair of my entire Tile floor for over four months, all Iever get from the Builder is ( we are working on it ).

Have you called your sales representative? If not, definately give it a try. Otherwise, call the main Villages number and ask for Mark Morse, although he is in charge of Commericial Property, not homes, so you may want start with a sales manager and work up the ladder.

What is wrong with your tile floor? Did you decide it was the wrong color?

What is wrong with me that all I ever get is something fixed, right away, the next day, when I call home warranty? I have not one thing that didn't get fixed...immediately.

Randy: You want to hear from Mark Morse then you better file a small claim because that is the only way you will ever get his attention. Be sure to include everyone who had anything to do with the tile installation.

Thank You Rubicon for you're reply and information. I did visit with a sales manager and it looks like they will be resolving my issue soon.

I too have had nearly instant response to each issue that I reported to the warranty dept. Now on my second home in TV and have found service to be best that I have ever experienced over 50 years and 9 homes. Is there more to this story?
