I have a question about the water shut off in the garage. If you turn that to off does that also turn the irrigation system off or is that on a separate system?

Just the house water is shut off with that garage valve. The irrigation feed is separate.

If you live in an older neighborhood, north of CR466 you may not have a seperate irrigation system. Check your water bill for 2 different water charges or a neighbor.

North of 466, we only have one water bill but two separate systems. We incur sewer charges for our sprinkler system. If you turn off the water at the house the irrigation system still runs.

The faucets are house-quality (drinking) water, not irrigation water.
