Does TV install underground sprinklers?

As the building goes up, we just had a thought...is there underground irrigation put in by TV when they build or is that something we should have asked for? Maybe we did and don't remember; it was pretty crazy in those design meetings.

Not to worry. Sprinklers are included in the price of the home. They are very good ones too, with a rain sensor and self-adjusting.

Yes, they are included, but remember they are "builders" quality which isn't the greatest. I've had to replace many over the past 4 years, especially as original plantings have changed or grown tall. I also added or re-routed lines to get better coverage over grass area.
