BODYBUGG :: WELCOME (http://www.bodybugg.com/)

This contraption keeps track of your calories burned as well as those taken in after you submit the caloric values of what you eat each day. It even has a built in pedometer.

I have heard that some patients looking to lose weight have had these suggested by local doctors.

If you don't mind spending the money, there's no harm in giving it a try. However, I've been managing my weight all of my life without the benefit of any such technology. Well, I do occasionally check my weight with a digital scale. But I can't imagine why anyone would need the device you mentioned. If you're having a hard time losing weight, it's going to tell you what you already know. You're taking in too many calories for your level of activity.

The Bodybugg is not so much for me. I could lose about 20 pounds but doubt if this would give me the actual will power to do it.

I have lots of will-power suggestions. If you would like to start a new thread, I'll be glad to share them with you. My middle name is "will power". :)

I have been using this for about 8 months. It is loaded on my iphone, ipad, and computer. They all sync with any updates. I like the program - I think paying attention to your food and exercise is most of the battle.
