LOOKING FOR THIS ARTIST
We went to a garage sale where a male artist had his work for sale. It was a village south or southeast of Lake Sumter. The art was abstract, used bold colors and as I remember, incorporated stick figures in some paintings. He doesn 't take part in the Village's art shows. I've been looking for his work.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO HE IS OR HAVE A TELEPHONE?
Thanks, Carol 352-633-0326

He could just be a hobbyist who does abstract art. If that is the case, you may not be able to get a hold of him.
The Visual Arts Association of the Villages has a section on artists. Artists Links (http://www.visualartsassociation.com/artistslinks/artistslinks.htm)

You may be talking about Roger Sherman, his art is somewhat abstract, see this link to his work. I cannot imagine his work being at a yard sale, but you never know. WELCOME (http://www.rogershermanart.com/iWeb/Site/WELCOME.html)

You are welcome. Did not know there were so many really talented artists in the Villages.
While doing some internet hunting for your question, I came across the artist John Salminen's works which look very good, not abstract though.
