Can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonable pressure cleaning
outfit? I have a vinyl sided courtyard villa and would also like to know
what the cost would be -thanks for any info you can give-

Steve's Onsite Services, TOTV Sponsor, washed my house recently. He is very reasonable and does a great job. Very nice, polite young man. 352-603-6402. In fact, he's here right now painting the exterior trim bands on my house.

Please note: there are water restrictions in parts of the Villages that include pressure washing for aesthetic purposes. Steve washed my house before the restrictions (or, at least, before I was aware of them) but I only noticed a slight blip in my water usage for that period.

We've been happy with Egner's Exterior Cleaning, 352-728-8537, recommended to us by the realtor who helped us buy our house. Our vynil-sided ranch cost $57, including lanai. As mentioned, there are water restrictions.

Give Jason with Nature's Way a call (352) 989-7398.

He does a number of the homes in our neighborhood - and we get a pretty good price break on the per-home cost because of the number of homes he's doing in our group of patio villas. So if you can get some of your neighbors to buy into the idea as well, you'll perhaps get better pricing from him versus just going solo.

We're pleased with the results - our house always looks nice when he's done.

Bill :)

I had Steve also and highly recommend him.

My mother also has a vinyl sided courtyard villa. A neighbor told her Stellar was coming to pressure wash his and at least one other villa on her street, so she had them do hers, too. She said their employee, Andrew, did a great job and was very pleasant to deal with. Especially in this area with so many elderly, I appreciate decent and reputable people and companies to do business with.

Another vote for Egner's.

I also had Steve power wash our villa and can attest that he did a good job for a reasonable price.
