Bison Valley off 101 (Near Crispers) is the newest...there are 2 others near Spanish Springs. These Villages are NOT just for "Employee" families but for anyone singles, couples or families in general. Bison valley is very nice...same homes as built in the Villages BUT they have no pool or other amenities and pay no Amenities Fees. It is golf cart accessible with a very good location. I think there are only 2-3 lots not yet built on BUT they are sold. These vacant lots can come back on the market but to snag them you need a good Village RE agent. I have seen some recent resales at Bison Valley.

From all I hear I would stay away from The Villages at Parkwood...which is not part of The Villages and is directly behind Bison Valley.

There's one going towards Rolling Acres Rd. on 466, on the left! I wasn't aware of this until recently, it's name might be Spring Arbor. We drove in there and it's definately a "regular neighborhood" w/o a club-house or it's own pool.
