TV uses GE dishwashers primarily in it OEM installations. Some of them are not very good being noisy, and not cleaning the dishes well. I have found there is a filter in the back right of the DW floor that can be taken out and cleaned. That helps. In addition look at the sprayer mounted under the top rack and check it for blockages. Finally, try using Cascade Complete. That's the one DW detergent that seems to work best for us.

for the last year, all the new ones are whirlpool. They're pretty good, plus 2 yr mfgr's warranty.

When we built our house we didnt have any of the appliances or fan or window treatments from The Villages . That adds to the cost of the house and you pay property tax on that forever. Just thought I'd mention that.

I like Cascade Complete. I also like Finish, which is a little cheaper.
