Has anyone taken the 3 day golf school that specializes on short from Palmers Academy? What did you think of it? Worthwhile.

I took the 3-day short game course at Palmer a few years ago. It really helped with my chipping. Didn't do much for my putting or sand game but all in all it was still worthwhile.

I took it this past winter. I found it to be a great help for me in chipping, pitching & especially bunkers.........'course, I needed a lot of help. Well recommended.

I took the 5-day course 2 summers ago. There were supposed to be 3 or 4 other students but they all cancelled at the last minute. So I lucked out and basically got 1-on-1 lessons from Tom Talbott for the price of group lessons -- what a deal!!
He really took the time to focus on what I needed and on my limitations and expectations. Not sure if he is the one teaching the course you're looking at, but I would certainly highly recommend him.

I took the three-morning golf school for newbies to learn how to golf. The instructor was amazing. I learned about the game and met some nice people. Unfortunately I wasn't able to golf this winter in TV, frozen shoulder. Now I've forgotten everything I learned.
