Larger rear tires

I have a 2011 Club Car President Series eletric cart. I was told that putting larger tires on the rear (205-65-10 in place of the 205-50-10 I have) would give me some addi
tional speed. Is that true? I am trying to find some way of gaining speed on hills.

Yes you will gain some speed but only about 1.5 - 2 MPH.
