Can anyone tell me how much and how many additional charges you all pay in TV. Also I'm looking for a rental for the month of October of this year.

sandy - can't halp ya with the rental - but you might want to check out this thread i found by searching for 'moving to the villages'. not sure how up-to-date the figures are - i think the new amenity rate will be $145/mo.

Sandy, Check out The Villages 4 Rent, Rentals in The Villages (http://www.thevillages4rent.com). Check the box that says "search all rentals" Then check the box "weekly". You should not have a problem getting a weekly rental in October, as I rented for week in October last year.
