Adobe flash player II

Each time I try to view a video clip I get the message "you need to upgrade to adobe flash player II". I follow the instruction on the "link" and it tells me that it has been successful downloaded. Try to watch again and once again I get the same message. Can anyone help on the situation?

Google Flash Player and see if your problem is listed. When I went to the site, there were suggestions for problems with several browsers. Your solution may be there. Sorry I can't be more specific.

Confirm it is actually enabled.
