Florida Citizens Insurance

Has anyone used The State of Florida's Citizens Insurance for both kinds of sink hole insurance? If so, what is the cost?

Citizens Insurance is only sold as the insurance of last resort, and therefore not available in The Villages as there are other insurance options. It's hard to know what will happen to the rates at Citizens. They are asking for a 30% rate increase for new customers with less coverage. Any licensed insurance agent in Florida can sell Citizens. That would be the best place to direct your questions.
