We just had some great work done by Joe & his crew. Trying to get into the Sanibel area, so offering some great deals. We're very happy with both his quality of work and his price. Give him a call at 352-702-7540.

We are sure you are happy with their work initially. We have heard and seen so many times that a new company will try to come into the Villages areas will underbid the established companies just to make a name for themselves and will end up not coming back to your property if theres problems or taking draws from other homeowners based on your reviews and not coming back. Always seek out a company that is established that will provide a written estimate and contract. Please be careful of new company's. They are the ones that end up creating major problems or taking advantage of us. I'm sure your property looks great but be careful advertising for new company's too early.

BEWARE! Joe Preston(CreateScape) and his partner, William Steve Freeman, took our $2500, did half the job, and didn't come back. Said he would finish if we would give him another $500. His contract didn't mean anything. He has a new phone #352-396-4436 and he'll probably be changing his business name shortly.

We also had Joe and William do work for us in June. We were getting ready to leave to head back to our primary home and they showed up and talked to my husband. They wrote up a contract for us and asked for the money up front. My husband doesn't do business like that, so we agreed to 50%, and they would get the other 50% when they were done. They were coming back to finish the job the day we were leaving, so my brother (who also lives in TV) agreed to give them our check once they were done. We have been told the landscaping they did looks great. We are getting estimates for additional work to be done by them as well.
Never, never ever pay in full up front for any kind of service work, because there is no incentive for them to either finish the work at all, or finish it in a timely manner. A good company will ask for some percentage down, to cover materials that they have to purchase, but labor is always paid for after the work is done.
