Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell me if sealing and etching garage floor is worth it and who can I call?

Thanks.

Since I didn't get a response, I started calling contractors and Tim the Tool Man quoted us a good price. Yet we called someone else and they quoted us $2700. Big difference between $700 and $2700. I wonder why? It makes you wonder if the cheaper cost is not such a good deal.

Or more likely the 2700 is a rip off?

Seems to happen at TV often.

I can't see a garage costing that much:0000000000luvmyhors

Go to Shermen Williams on 441 next to Oakwood - they have the material and the name of a man to do it - my friend just had his garage with cart garage done - labor was $400 and he supplied the material because he had a 30% discount from SW - &00 is about right - and it is well worth it

I'll put in a vote for Tim. He does a nice job.

Personally, I think it's worth every penny ($700) to have the garage floor painted/sealed. It's easy to clean and makes the garage look fantastic.

Go to Home Depot and buy the paint and do it yourself. Its not hard and a lot cheaper. Follow the directions on the can
