The Daily Sun's comic strip of Mallard Fillmore was funny today. It showed Mitt Romney with his new campaign slogan, "Romney - Because I'm All You Have!"

Romney is the only chance we have to save our nation at this point in history. Obama has been a complete disaster and his adverse effects on our nation in less than four years have been catastrophic.
Romney may not be perfect, but he is definitely the better of the two. There's really no option if you love America.

And to have a president who has no respect for the laws of the country that he is supposed to lead is something that I hope is put out there in strong terms during the campaign. I think CHARACTER is a big issue in 2012

Bucco: if you recall liberals made it clear that "character didn't matter" during the Clinton era and look what that got us.

Under Bill Clinton: 23 million jobs created, three balanced budgets, zero unfunded wars, left a huge surplus, and left office with a 70% approval rating
Under George Bush: three million jobs created, two unfunded wars, squandered a huge surplus, no balanced budget, and left office with a 22% appoval rating. Was recently rated the worst president in US history.

Do you even understand what you read or write. Who's post is showing outrage? Besides, you're the one who posted the thread. All you posted was a sentence; you didn't post the comic strip. It was a sentence worth discussing; at least you thought so.
Are you just here to bait people and even though that didn't really happen you are acting as if it did?
Whenever I think I know you, you confuse me again.

janmcn: and you know what made the total difference? Clinton had a domiinant Repiblican Congress whereas Obama had a dominant Democratic Congress. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Timing is everything so pause and then act upon the liberal fall back position and blame Bush.

I am no expert in finance believe me. When I read an article like the following it re-enforces how little I know. This is a long article, but tries to articulate some details deeper than Bill Clinton was great, George Bush was a dope....

Chickens Come Home to Roost
HISTORY SHOULD deal harshly with Bill Clinton. Throughout his terms, real wages stagnated, manufacturing and service jobs moved overseas in large numbers, and the middle class was squeezed. With the federal government asleep at the wheel, there was a significant rise in predatory lending practices by banks and mortgage companies. By Clinton’s final years in office, all of these trends had contributed to an ominous rise in delinquencies and foreclosures on subprime mortgage loans. This was particularly pronounced in urban America. In Chicago, for instance, foreclosures on subprime mortgages rose from 131 in 1993 to more than 5,000 in 1999.
