Hi everyone,
As a new arrival in TV last September I bought a refurbished golf cart from a dealer outside of our area. It's been one nightmare after another, and despite the warranty, they've yet to make it right. It seems I will be needing the assistance of an attorney... Has anyone had a similar situation, and knows of one that they've used, and can recommend?

Well you live here in a senior community. People THINK you are a senior if you live here. ;) You could call and ask Crimes against Seniors. It is free. Most used golf carts cost less than 10K, and attorney fees aren't cheap. I guess. The only time we used one is to draw up our will.

Just a thought.
