BlackBerry Tablet compatible with iPhone?

I have A B'berry Playbook tablet that syncs with my B'berry smartphone. My phone is dead and need a new one. Am interested in maybe an iPhone but not sure it will be compatible to the tablet. Anybody have any guidance?

The iPhone will only sync with iTunes. I don't believe you'll be able to sync the Playbook, but it might depend upon what it is you want to sync.

Can you provide a few more details?
