On July 19, 2010 Obama signed Exec Order 13547 to unilaterally implement a new National Ocean Policy without Congressional approval. another regulatory layer that could significantly impact the way we use and manage our oceans and another example of imposing burdensome federal regulations and policies that could hinder economic growth and harm job creation.
10 things you should know: It lacks congressional authorization, unilateral action, imposes Ocean zoning (will cost taxpayers billions in federal spending) threatens american jobs, far reaching impacts not limited to the ocean, creates more bureaucracy, is a tool for litigation, will be new cost to tax
payers, those impacted by regulation need not apply and new regulatory uncertainty. House Committee on Natural Resources (http://naturalresources.house.gov)

Oh, hulababy, you got this 110% wrong. You are against conservation for the oceans and the Great Lakes. Take a look at the fishing industry over the past 50 years. Fishing has declined greatly and fishing towns and industry are feeling effects of overfishing and pollution in the oceans.
