Moving to Village of Sanibel on Vanilla Leaf on August 1st. Excited to get there and meet neighbors and explore TV. Sold our house in 3 weeks and everything is moving at lightening speed. :crap2::crap2:

Everything must have been right - right price, right location, right time. We decluttered the house and then staged it. Keep the house immaculate, cleaned every day. We have 2 cats that are shedding (brushed them daily), made sure their litter boxes were cleaned daily, and removed all cat toys and trees each time we had a showing. After putting on market, had a realtor's walk-thru. Feedback appreciation cards were given for them to comment on Price, Things liked about house, Things they didn't like, and Suggestions for quick sale. That was helpful and we changed everything they didn't like. Were listed on the internet with pictures. It all just came together FAST. :pray:
