iCloud is full - need help!

Too many photos, ICloud onto Mac, but need help deleting from ICloud. Actually need someone who understands all of it! iPhone, IPhoto, ICloud & MacBook Pro.

Check with the Life Long College, they have a class for all that good stuff in October or November, can hardly wait I need to know the same things that you are asking.
