Richie, you STILL do not understand. The Supreme Court's decision on the Affordable Care Act made it THE LAW OF THE LAND. It is 100% legal and 100% Constitutional. The Obama administration had been calling it Interstate Commerce but Justice Roberts disagreed and said it was a type of tax and therefore was constitutional.

Your health care positioning on coverage and taxes is plain naive and wrong. Everybody is going to lose their private health insurance in not to short an order. Therefore, the Obama Team cannot compel you to purchase anything. However they do have the power to tax. In that there are also problems because how do you collect that tax and how is it reported?

One indication of the effect of ObamaCare is to recognize that following the supreme court's decision hospital stocks went up substantially.

Spending for this program is projected at 2.5 trillion. Given that federal budgets are substantially understanded it appears our children will be carrying an even heavier burden. It would appear that with the projected cost that the only manner to finance this disaster is by raising taxes on a continum. I mean consider the outrageous demands that will occur from those with an entitlement mentality. I would like a tummy tuck and...... Thank you for your prompt response listing these taxes. The only one I see that applies to me is the tanning tax. That could be the reason Speaker Boehner doesn't like this bill. Too bad, Chief Justice John Roberts, the Republican George W Bush appointee, voted with the liberals making it 5-4.
