Where are the vendors tonight?

I don't have the schedule from the paper, so could anyone tell me which square has the vendors tonight? My daughter and her fianc� are in town from NC and we want to bring them to vendor night. Also, are there any golf shops in LSL that are reasonable? We are looking for a golf shirt or shorts that aren't 80.00 a piece, maybe something that says The Villages on it? Thanks a bunch.

I think they are Mondays and Wednesdays at Spanish Springs, Tues. and Thursdays at Lake Sumter Landing. Will be interesting to see what they do once Brownwood opens.

Check out the Izod store on Canal for lower cost golf and tennis attire, usually a good selection for both men and women - it's an outlet store, prices fairly reasonable. Sign up for their Izod Rewards card or whatever it is called and you will get further emailed coupons.

Happinow - I am not in TV, but according to The Villages web site, the next market night is Tuesday, July 3 at LSL. At Banner Merchantile in LSL and SS I have purchased women's t shirts that say "The Villages" on them. I believe they sell golf shirts with "The Villages" on them, but I did not look at the prices of the golf shirts in Banner Merchantile. Hope your daughter and fiance have a great time visiting you. :wave:

Check the clearance rack at Banner Mercantile -- sometimes they have Villages wear marked down significantly! I bought a sweat jacket for $10 a few months ago at the store at Spanish Springs.

For nice but inexpensive golf shirts that say The Villages...last I checked they were only $9.99, they are available at Bealls Outlet, at Colony Plaza, right across the street from Sanibel. Look in the mens section first and then you may have to ask for help to find them in the ladies.

Just an FYI for 1st time shoppers, the line for the checkout forms to the side of the registers. Not noticing that, I made the mistake of walking up to the cashier before I realized it. Upon the noticing the line of shoppers :mad: waiting to check out, I quietly walked away ....

Thats a really informative newsletter. If you read to the bottom, you will see that you can contact tamie.ford@thevillages.com and ask to be added to The Villages Entertainment Department Newsletter. They even tell you which drinks are being featured every evening! Now that's information that can be useful!
