My wife of 43 years and I made our second trip this week to TV. We are staying at the HI Express next to Spanish Springs. Tonight we bought our new home in the Village of Charlotte (already built):pepper2:. We hope to close in 30. We bought the Cedar model on a corner lot. We are very happy and just finished a bottle of wine. (or two) Can't wait to get here! Renting a golf cart for the next two days. Anyone need me for a foursome on one champ courses tomorrow Wed or Thur etc.? 12 to 16 handicap.

Hi, I hope to be neighbor's we bought on Belcherry will sign July 30th. We have lived in the Villages since Dec. We are on our second house ! We love it here... Welsome
