New CYV

Hi Everyone - We are moving to TV in September, have a Design Appt. for October, but in the meantime are looking at the inventory houses online and will look in person when we get there. I have a question - There are CYV blocked out to build in Sanibel and our salesperson said that they will begin to build soon. Does anyone know if they have started yet & if they are block & stucco. i know on the maps that there will be more - Charlotte and Fernandina are showing them on the unit maps. Any info will be helpful - TOTV has the most and best info around !!!!! Thanks

Welcome Anne. It will be nice to have you here. Cherie and I went by the CYV area on Evesborough, south of Pinellas off Avondale, and there are some under construction. I'm pretty sure they were stucco.

your rep can tell you. we knew what was being built in area 8 to 10 months before they started

so If you are interested in a CYV then there would be no appointment with the design team....they are you pre-built and you choose one when they are completed...in other words you don't choose cabinets etc...
